01Day 01
Brief
A 30-minute call. We ask what success looks like, then price the outcome — not the flight hours.
02Day 02–05
Recce & Permits
Location scouting, airspace clearance, permits. We handle BHDCA coordination and NOTAMs.
03Day 06
Shoot
Two pilots, one operator, backup bird on the ground. Cinema-grade capture in 8K Log.
04Day 07–12
Post
In-house edit, grade and sound. One round of revisions included. Masters in every delivery spec you need.
05Day 14
Delivery
Color-accurate masters, social cuts, archival stock — handed off on our private drive.

About — the studio
A small, fast
cinematography studio.
Helifilm started in 2013 with one pilot, one Phantom, and a stubborn belief that the Balkans looked better from the air. Twelve years on, we fly out of Sarajevo for broadcasters, tourism boards, developers, and the occasional love story.
We keep the team small and the kit serious. Inspire 3 for cinema work. Ronin 4D when the brief needs ground. FPV when the shot has to move. Everything delivered through our own color and finishing process, mastered for cinema and web.
